Cancellation Rights:

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods or services. Please note that personalized items or perishable goods cannot be returned.

To cancel, please contact our Customer Service team in writing. If you cancel, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option). We may deduct from your refund if the returned goods show signs of unnecessary handling. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Heathway Guarantees and Returns:

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with a product, we will refund or replace it, excluding freshly prepared meat, fish, and vegetables, within 14 days of your order date. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Refunds for substitutions or returned items will be processed after we receive the returned goods. For hygiene and safety reasons, freshly prepared meat, fish, and vegetables cannot be returned once delivered.
